All content and features on the platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, software, and educational materials, are the property of Muslimah Funnels or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You may be permitted to post, upload, or otherwise submit content to the platform (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Services. This license applies only to content you intentionally share through the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or not in alignment with Islamic values or our community standards.

8. Content Standards

User Content must not:

Be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent.Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights.Promote violence, hate speech, or unethical behavior.Contain obscene, inappropriate, or Islamically offensive material.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these standards.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these Terms may result in:

Content removal.Temporary or permanent account suspension. Legal action where applicable.

10. DMCA Copyright Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent including:

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for behavior that is not in alignment with the values and spirit of Muslimah Funnels.

You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any associated data may be permanently deleted.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.The Company is not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business due to platform usage.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslimah Funnels and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muslimah Funnels, its affiliates, and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.Your User Content.Your breach of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with South African law. The arbitration shall take place in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Class Action Waiver:

You agree that any claims will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Please note: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class actions and agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration, where permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you access our Services from outside South Africa, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

17. SMS and Email Communication

By using the platform, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages via SMS and email.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply "STOP" at any time. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe, you may update your settings or contact support.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Muslimah Funnels.If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver.
